Evaluation

All students are kindly requested to fill out a short evaluation report. By completing this report, you provide us with valuable feedback about your stay and enable us to evaluate and improve our services. Complete the questionnaire in your personal file in Mobility-Online.

Certificate of attendance

A certificate of attendance mentioning your arrival and departure date will be issued by your faculty or department not earlier than the last week of your stay in Antwerp.

Transcript of Records

Once the results of your study are announced, an ECTS Transcript of Records will be delivered to you and to your home university by the department/faculty you attended at UA.

Removal from the Belgian register of foreigners (only for students who have obtained a 'Residence Permit')

Before returning to your country, you are obliged to take action in order to have your name removed from the Belgian register. Therefore, you must follow the next steps:

1. Fill out the form “change of domicile”. The IRO will send you this form a few weeks before your departure.  
2. Hand in the form together with your residence card to the International relations Office.

In case you need your residence card for travelling back home, you must send it together with the form – upon arrival - to the International Relations Office by post. The IRO will hand in all residence cards to the munipal authority.
