I am currently the head of the Receptor Biology Lab. The Receptor Biology Lab is a multidisciplinary research section that combines, molecular biological, transcriptomic, proteomic and bioinformatic research pipelines to investigate how G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) systems control the molecular signaling architecture of complex aging-related diseases. I have also served as the Vice-Chair of the Department of Biomedical Sciences as well as the Adjunct Director of the VIB-Department of Molecular Genetics.
