Berlin is currently one of the hippest cities and therefore also very popular as a city trip. It's not surprising that this city is the annual destination of our master students of Electromechanics Engineering Technology in mid-November. The classic arguments also apply for them to choose this destination: renowned museums, vibrant nightlife ("Szenelebe"), tasty and cheap restaurants, excellent public transport, ... What's more, Berlin is home to several ultramodern companies that are proud to present their impressive production facilities to our future engineers. Fixed values for us are certainly BMW, Vattenfall, Bally Wulff, Pierburg and Viessmann. And what can you make engineers very happy with? Right, with a visit to a historic tram depot with hundreds of vintage cars and a few specialised mechanical workshops under one roof (Classic Remise). When we first organised the study trip to Berlin in 1983, we couldn't predict that after more than 35 years this city would still hold us in its grip and amaze us. "Berlin tut gut!"
