To a successful start on the job market!
The Faculty of Business and Economics and Randstad, a temporary placement agency, work together to connect students with the business world during their studies. They have a programme focused on students and young graduates called ‘Randstad Young Talents’. Randstad consultants are present at our campus to 'boost your career' and help you on these three domains:
- Coaching and counselling: this can involve coaching when writing your CV or motivation letter, but also providing guidance for more general questions about employment, the job market in Belgium, etc.
- Offering study-related internships or student jobs: the consultants can help you find an interesting internship or student job for during your studies. Students can work in all kinds of organizations in different sectors. The jobs can be organised structurally or on a project basis and can be for a long or short duration.
- Guiding final-year and recent graduates to the job market so that employment is more differentiated and more customised to the talents and expectations of the students.
Randstad has a very wide portfolio of clients from small, medium and big companies in different sectors. The consultant only offers jobs which, according to the meetings with the student, fit with the student’s talents and expectations.
