This lecture will address VAT policies and design around the world. The different approaches will be compared and evaluated.

Interest tax deduction rules: a comparative perspective

Speaker: Mr. Pieter Van Den Berghe, Attorney at Monard Law

This lecture will discuss interest tax deduction rules in Belgium and abroad. The interest tax deduction rule as provided for in the EU anti-tax avoidance directive and its transposition in different countries, will also be discussed.

Price:

  • 125 EUR for two lectures
  • 75 EUR for one lecture
  • Free entry for students

Proceeds will go to academic research of Antwerp Tax Academy.
