Submission of Entries
Submission of works for exhibit in the Salon is open to any alumni, faculty or student of a medical or scientific illustration program and professionals. You may enter a maximum of 2 pieces. The entry is free.
All 2D artwork must be submitted in digital form. We will take care of the printing. The maximum printable image size is 30 x 40 cm, and images can be either portrait or landscape orientation. Resolution should be 300dpi. The prints will be bordered in white. Preferred file formats are PDF, TIFF or JPG. Preferred color spaces are Adobe RGB 1998 or sRGB.
By entering this exhibition, the artist/entrant authorizes the 2018 AEIMS Congress Organizing Committee to make, display and sell (via silent auction) one printed copy of the submitted artwork. All other rights are reserved to the copyright holder.

The deadline for receipt of entry forms and digital file(s) is the close of business on Friday,
Disposition of Entries
To close the exhibit, the prints will be sold via silent auction on Sat 13 Oct 2018.
Awards ceremony and auction results
A first and second prize will be awarded for the best entry from a professional and a student.
The awards ceremony and announcements at the auction results will take place at the social event after the silent auction. Please label your artwork, explain the subject, the dimensions and medium employed.
