Poster submission

Take this opportunity to share your knowledge and professional experience and to discuss your findings with your colleagues by submitting a poster. We are interested in posters describing scientific studies on a relevant topic as well as in posters describing more practice-relevant issues as policies, clinical cases, and treatment methodologies. Abstracts can be sent with a simple click on the button below. If the online abstract submission procedure has been completed successfully, you’ll receive an e-mail informing you that we have received your abstract. If you submitted your abstract and you haven’t received a confirmation e-mail within 2 days, please contact us for further information.

Submission guidelines:

  • ​Abstracts should be prepared using Times New Roman 12 font and should contain a title, the names and affiliations of the authors and the abstract; 
  • A maximum of 250 words is allowed;
  • All submissions should be related to the conference theme and satisfy a high level of scientific research, these abstracts should include an introduction, method, results section and discussion. Also clear descriptions of interesting and relevant case studies, treatment programs and policies might qualify for acceptance.

Note: When submitting a poster abstract, you can guarantee that you'll be attending the conference. Hence, we urge you to register for the conference using the on-line registration form before your abstract submission.
