Each workout contains three to four sets of different exercises, focussing on the neck, the shoulders, the legs and the body core areas (stomach and back).

Exercises are a combination of:

  • strength
  • cardio
  • muscle endurance
  • flexibility
  • core and functional movement patterns. 

All exercises are well-considered: they have a low impact on the joints, are muscle strengthening and focus on flexibility and stability. Every exercise can be adjusted to the participant’s fitness level (low, medium or high).

One workout class lasts 50 minutes, with another 5 to 10 minutes for cooling down.
