Oral and poster contributions are welcome on subjects within the scope of the conference. Each attending author can submit several contributions but only one as an oral presentation.
Please note that the submission form is NOT the registration form.
Authors are requested to submit abstracts no later than February 28th, 2020. Please note that after this date, it remains possible to submit abstracts for poster presentation. Please use the Word template.
Notification of acceptance and mode of presentation (oral or poster) will be done by March 15th, 2020.
The time attributed to each invited presentation is 30 minutes. This includes 5 min for questions. All technical material will be presented with a digital projector and a PC. We kindly ask you to load your file onto the presentation computers prior to the beginning of the session in which you are to present. Kindly contact your Session Chair to provide him or her with some of your biographical information which can be used during the introduction of your talk.
The time attributed to each oral presentation is 15 minutes. This includes 5 min for questions and switching to the next presenter. All technical material will be presented with a digital projector and a PC. We kindly ask you to load your file onto the presentation computers prior to the beginning of the session in which you are to present. Speakers should be present at least 15 minutes before the beginning of the Session in which they will give their presentation in order to introduce themselves to the Session Chair.
The timing will be strict, and session chairs will be requested to stop speakers exceeding the 15-minute presentation slot.
PowerPoint or Adobe PDF are the accepted presentation formats.
The size of the poster should not exceed A0 (118.9 cm high, 84.1 cm wide) and must be in portrait orientation. Authors will have the opportunity to discuss their posters during the allotted poster sessions. Posters can already be displayed in the morning and should be removed after the end of the poster session. Material to affix the poster will be provided.
Posters should be mounted in the morning of the programmed day, before the start of the first session, and need to be taken down by the following morning.
