The Symposium that will take place in the city campus of the University of Antwerp, is organized by the Department of Literature of the University of Antwerp, and the Université Clermont Auvergne, with the collaboration of IHRIM (CNRS), Instituto Cervantes, Center of Mexican Studies of the University of Antwerp, and BETA Association of Early Career Doctors in Hispanism. We welcome experts and scholars interested in Philippine literature and culture, and its relation with the other geographic areas and cultures that in one or another form have been in touch with the Philippines, specially as center of the cultural relations between the Spanish speaking areas and the rest of Asia.
