HYPI Conference

15-16 June 2017 | Antwerp (Belgium)

New Perspectives in Modeling and Measurement of Biogenic Volatile Organic Compounds Emissions by Remote Sensing

This Conference concluded the HYPI project, a research project on Assessment of Isoprene emission by Hyperspectral data, funded in 2016 and 2017 by the Belgian Science Policy Office. The Conference was aimed at researchers involved in the measuring and the modeling of biogenic volatile organic carbon compounds from plants and vegetation. Specific attention was given to the use of proximal and remotely sensed observations for upscaling plant BVOC emissions from leaf to canopy and regional level.
