Microbial Sulfur Metabolism

Update: Due to the rising COVID-19 numbers and associated restrictions on international travel, the ISMSM-6 meeting originally to be held 10 - 13 April 2022, has now been rescheduled. The new (tentative) date is 2 - 5 July 2023.

ISMSM-6, Antwerp (Belgium)

We are glad to announce ISMSM-6, the sixth International Symposium on Microbial Sulfur Metabolism,  to be held in the heart of the historical town of Antwerp. The ISMSM meetings form the prime opportunity for sharing the latest scientific ideas on microbial sulfur metabolism, the links between sulfur cycling and other elemental cycles, and sulfur-driven microbial interactions. In addition to fundamental science, new perspectives are presented on technological and environmental applications.

The meeting was originally scheduled to be held April 2021, was subsequently rescheduled to 10-13 April 2022, and has now been set again to a new date due to recent COVID-19 developments. The new tentative date of ISMSM-6 is 02-05 July 2023.
