Department of Linguistics

The Department of Linguistics's research is focused on language in use: the researchers develop theoretical models that start from the idea that linguistic knowledge is the result of experience. They analyse real and situated language use in specific contexts.

    New vacancies for one postdoc and two PhDs
    CLiPS has full-time vacancies for one senior (postdoc) researcher and two PhD researchers in the area of Computational Linguistics (Natural Language Processing) for research on building Conversational Agents.
