Terms of Participation

  • My company can offer a range of open job vacancies to potential employees during the Talent Forum.
     
  • My company can ensure staff at the booth who are aware of the company’s jobs and the profiles needed at all times between 11.45 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Participation fee: 1200 euro (excluding VAT)

What is included

  • an (empty) company booth (read specifications)
     
  • New: acces to the mobile app Summit Lead
    With this mobile app, only participating companies can scan interested candidates on their stands and obtain their contact details. User instructions will follow before the Talent Forum.
     
  • acces to the cv search
     
  • company name mentioned on the website and exhibition plan
     
  • catering
     
  • one parking ticket per company

Specifications company booth

Important info for your stand builder, transporter and exhibitors
A company booth consists of three walls in a U-shape:

  • Measurements
    • 2.95m wide x 2m deep x 2.5m high
       
    • The height at the front is limited to 2.5m
       
    • Take these dimensions into account when setting up your booth
       
    • Ensure that all equipment and promotional materials fit inside the company booth
       
  • Sign board on the booth showing the company name (as specified when registering)
     
  • Wi-Fi
     
  • Lighting
     
  • Electricity: outlet, extension board: maximum load on the booth is 300 watts (only to be used for a laptop, TV screen or extra lighting, not for a coffee machine)
     
  • Storage space: in the sports hall changing rooms there is space for storing boxes, brochures and other exhibition material. This space is not supervised or locked.

Excluded

  • Booth equipment (such as desk, tables, chairs and accessories): bring your own equipment or order before 2 February 2020 via the online order form: more info
     
  • Extension cords
     
  • Your company’s promotional material (must fit in the booth)

Cancellation costs

  • Cancellations before 1 January 2020: 100 euros (excluding VAT), administrative fee
     
  • Cancellations after 1 January 2020: 1200 euros (excluding VAT),  full participation fee

Safety and liability

  • Every exhibitor must be insured for civil liability.
     
  • Do not use any booth equipment outside the booth space or in the exhibition corridors. The organisers will ask you to remove this.
     
  • The University of Antwerp is not responsible for stolen or damaged goods or exhibition material. Do not leave any material unsupervised.
     
  • In the event that the modular booths are damaged (for example by tape used to hang posters) the booth builder will pass these costs on to the company concerned.

Companies which already sponsor the student associations UNIFAC or ASK Stuwer indicate this on the registration form.
