Participate at the Talent Forum 2018.

Booth for companies

Each booth measuring 3 m wide x 2 m deep (outside dimension) - height is 2.50 m

  • Name plate of your company
  • Lighting

Not included

Conditions

  • You guarantee that your booth will be staffed for the duration of the fair
  • Your booth should be staffed by one or more HR representatives who are familiar with your company’s vacancies and with the profiles you are hoping to recruit
  • Your booth should be able to offer Talent Forum visitors real vacancies and not just refer them to your website

Safety and liability

  • Every exhibitor must be sufficiently insured for civil liability.
  • Every exhibitor or participating company is responsible for the booth, materials and utilities made available to them. The costs of any damage incurred will be borne by the exhibitor.
  • The organisers of the Talent Forum cannot accept liability for the theft of exhibitors’ materials and/or personal possessions from booths before, during or after the Talent Forum.

    € 1000 + 21% VAT
     
  • Talent Forum-Magazine
    Option: Advertisement: € 250 + 21% VAT
    Your company will be featured on a full-colour A4 page in the , which is distributed to all visitors.
     
  • Sponsors Unifac or ASK Stuwer
    Companies that structurally have a sponsor contract with our student associations (UNIFAC or ASK/Stuwer) please indicate in the registration module.
     
  • Promotion
    The name of each participating company is mentioned free online, arranged by functional area and in different media channels.
     
  • Cancelling fee
    Cancelling before 15 January 2018: companies will pay an administrative fee of €100 + VAT
    Cancelling after 15 January 2018: companies results in payment of the full fee for participation of €1000 + VAT

Booths are limited. Companies that sign up first are sure of a spot. When there are sufficient additional subscriptions, we will open a second location with booths.
