The Faculty of Applied Economics and Randstad Young Talents work together to reduce the gap for students between student life and the job market. A consultant from Randstad Young Talents is present on City Campus once per week and gives customised guidance, starting from the expectations / question from the student.
Service: Three parts
- Coaching/guidance with all kinds of student questions (e.g. CV screening, training for a job interview, etc.)
- Offering student jobs related to your study so that you can get to know the job market, sharpen your talents and competencies and enrich your CV before you graduate. You can work in different kinds of organisations in different sectors. The jobs can be structural or project-based and can be short or long. They can be done during the academic year or during the holidays.
- Guiding seniors and recent graduates to the job market so that the employment is more differentiated and more customised to the talents and expectations of the students.
Randstad has a very wide portfolio of clients from small, medium and big companies in different sectors. The consultant only offers jobs which, according to the meetings with the student, fit with the student’s talents and expectations.
