Interdisciplinary summer school on Europe related diversity and migration issues.

CityLAB VI: City Aesthetics and Citizenship
2 - 6 July 2018

Interdisciplinary summer school, organized by the Urban Studies Institute (USI), in collaboration with the Antwerp Research Institute for the Arts (ARIA). On 1. the impact of the aesthetic imagination on cities and 2. the structural tensions between artistic visions and the social and material constructions of cities.

Books and Culture: Religious Manuscripts, Hand Press Books and Prints (15th-19th centuries): Ephemera
2 - 6 July 2018

Summer school, organized by the Ruusbroec Institute Library, University Library and Faculty of Arts. On the traditional techniques of manuscript, book and print production (printing, lay-out, illustration). This year with special attention to ephemera.
