FARMANT is a long-standing non-profit association for the University of Antwerp's Pharmaceutical Sciences alumni.
Every year, our association organises a number of scientific lectures and also more relaxed occasions for pharmacists to get together.

The scientific lectures are always given by prominent lecturers and aim to take a broad look at particular aspects of pharmacy. These lectures usually take place on a Thursday evening at Campus Drie Eiken at the University of Antwerp (UIA-UA) and are followed by a reception (to give the grey matter a rest).

We also organise a leisure activity for our members at least twice a year. This might be a play or a musical, a visit to a brewery, a party, a barbecue or even a cultural day trip.
Our members include pharmacists from various sectors of the pharmaceutical world: community pharmacists, hospital pharmacists, clinical biologists and industrial pharmacists.
Final-year students are also welcome to attend. As a final-year student, you automatically become a member of our association and this allows you to attend our lectures for free and participate in our social activities. Membership is valid until the end of the calendar year.

We look forward to welcoming you at one of our activities!
