Your balance was automatically transferred to the new software.

External users: transfer your balance

Activate your account in the new software: create a new account with the same mail address as your previous account. Your balance from the old software will be automatically transferred to the new software.

  • go to a printer and scan your student card
  • log in with you s-number and password
  • your myPrint account is now linked to your student card

Print

Computers in the library you need to log in to use

  • log in to the computer, this is only possible for UAntwerpen students and staff
  • send your print job to the printer 'FollowMe' or 'FollowMe_Color'
  • collect your print job at one of the copiers

Your own device or computers in the library without login 

  • open the file you want to print
  • save the file
  • open myPrint and upload your file there
  • collect your print job at one of the copiers

Scan

Scanning is free.
Log in to the printer. External users log in using the codes they received by e-mail.

Select 'Scan' and choose from the various options

  • scan to my mail/Homefolder
  • scan to my mail/Homefolder (OCR)
  • scan to Homefolder (only for students and staff)
  • scan to Homefolder (OCR) (only for students and staff)

If the file is too large to send via mail (>20 MB), it will automatically be sent to your personal Homefolder. You can find your documents in the folder: H:\RicohMFPScans

To USB or memory card

  • insert your USB storage device or memory card on the left side of the printer's touch screen
  • at the top of the screen (next to the 'Start screen' button), select 'Scan (memory storage device)'

When scanning to USB, there is no OCR option.

Consult your print jobs, history and tranfer funds

  • go to myPrint
  • log in with your s-number (students) or with your mail and password (external users)
  • select 'User Dashboard', external users log in with the codes they received by mail

Via the User Dashboard you can:

  • consult your print jobs that are still in the queue (view jobs)
  • consult your balance and transaction history (reports)
  • transfer your funds to another myPrint account (transfer funds)
