Appeal procedure for applicants who were not selected for scholarship funding

All applicants will be informed about the results of the Selection Committee Meeting 6 weeks after the closing deadline by email. Applicants who failed to receive a scholarship and who wish to appeal the decision of the Consortium Selection Committee are required to do so by email within 14 days after the results were sent. This email has to be sent to: and should include the subject heading: “EUROSA scholarship appeal”. If an applicant wants to submit an official appeal, the reasons for doing so must be clearly stipulated in the email as the appeal can only be motivated in terms of an unfair or flawed selection procedure.
