Data analysis

The end users of the electrochemical sensors we develop in A-Sense Lab are often not familiar with electrochemistry. This means that the electrochemical data output from a sensor is of little value. There is thus a pressing need for a tool that bridges the gap between the data and the end users. Probably the most ideal way to create this bridge is by means of software. In A-Sense Lab, we develop this software and integrate it directly in our electrochemical sensors. With the use of data analysis tools such as baseline corrections, filters,... and a smart peak recognition algorithm, we are able to convert the raw electrochemical data output into an easily interpretable output. This data analysis software hereby greatly enhances the scope of our electrochemical sensors by making them accessible to non-experts.
