
This two-day workshop covered the use of statistical methodology in infectious disease epidemiology. Topics included survival methods, spatial statistics, vaccine studies, health economics, epidemic data, and serological and social contact data.
The workshop was organized as 26 invited talks and a contributed poster session. Speakers included Anne Benoit, Rob Deardon, Wim Delva, Carlos Grijalva, Michael Höhle, Roselinde Kessels, Andrew Lawson, Virginia Pitzer, Timo Smieszek, Michielvan Boven, James Wood, and several members of the Center for Statistics and the Centre for Health Economic Research and Modelling Infectious Diseases.
