Université d’automne EUR FRAPP & LÉA ! Lire en Europe Aujourd’hui
Tell me what you read, how you read it, and I can tell you who you are. Can we examine the functioning of an "interpretive community" (to use Stanley Fish's expression from his 1980 book Is There a Text in This Class? The Authority of Interpretive Communities), from a perspective that crosses literary, historical, philosophical, legal, and political approaches? The autumn school by EUR FRAPP & LÉA ! Lire en Europe Aujourd'hui « Les communautés interprétatives ou dis-moi comment tu lis, et je te dirai qui tu es » tries to formulate an answer. It will take place from Tuesday, November 16 to Saturday, November 20, 2021 at the University of Paris-Est Créteil.
The event will be in French. For more information, please visit the event website.
