The O*Platform Aid Effectiveness organizes its second seminar "Small reflections on big aid questions",  followed by the retirement celebration of Professor Robrecht Renard.

The seminar took place on Friday 22 March 2013 in the Promotion Hall of the University of Antwerp, Lange Sint-Annastraat 7, 2000 Antwerp . The retirement celebration was held in the Chapel of the University of Antwerp , Lange Sint-Annastraat 7, 2000 Antwerp.

Programme

On Wednesday 30 march 2011, the O*Platform Aid Effectiveness organised, in collaboration with DGD Brussels, a seminar "The Aid Architecture debate: beyond Busan". During this seminar the work done by the O*Platform was presented to a broad audience of DGD and BTC-staff and various organisations working on development cooperation in Belgium.

For the seminar, we also prepared a number of Policy Briefs based on the work done by the Platform:

• Policy Brief 2: The Role of Civil Society in Poverty Reduction Strategies 
• Policy Brief 3: The Paris Declaration and the Accra Agenda for Action Through a Gender Lens

• Policy Brief 5: Debt Relief as Disguised Budget Support
