Airport

Belgium’s national airport in Zaventem is about 40km from Antwerp’s city centre.
Flight schedules can be consulted on the airport’s website ( http://www.brusselsairport.be/ ). Antwerp can be reached from the airport either by taxi, train or bus.

A taxi ride  to the city centre takes about 45 minutes.

The Brussels Airport shuttle bus is leaving every hour from the airport and brings you in about 45 minutes directly to the heart of Antwerp. The stop is located at " De Keyserlei " in front of the Central Station, and about 15 minutes walking from the University of Antwerp at Prinsstraat 13. The price of a one-way ticket is € 10. More information, such as timetables, can be found at  Airport Express

Train

Antwerp can of course be reached by train, leaving at the airport. There is still no direct connection, so you have to change for Antwerp at Brussels Noord-Station. Antwerp Central Station is a 15 minutes walk of the University.
