The 2017 tuition fee is 3400 euro which covers:
- Participation in the course
- Lunch during the week
- A social programme
- Course materials: book, hand-outs, etc.
- A licence for use of SPSS, SAS and Nvivo software
The fee does NOT cover travel costs, accommodation (see next item below) and evening meals or use of Stata software (Stata Software can be obtained at a preferential price).
We can reserve a room for you in the student residency of the University, called "TPC", where we have a beneficial agreement. You need to take into account an amount ranging from 475 to 860 euro for the entire duration of the EBQ, depending on the applicable rate and/or how long you stay before or after the course. This amount includes rent of a single room, bed sheets, towels and cleaning services at the end of your stay. Please indicate if you would like to stay here so we can make a reservation for you.

The course fee (and e.g. accommodation cost) is payable in advance by 1 September 2017. Attendance of the course may not begin until fees are fully paid. Registration can be cancelled if the fee is not paid by the due date. Cancellation of attendance may lead to loss of all or part of the fee.
In 2017, 2018, and 2019 we are able to provide 12 full scholarships thanks to the VLIR-UOS. You can apply for a full scholarship by completing the last page of the application form. On this page you can see whether or not you are eliglible. If the scholarship is granted, it will include your air ticket, health insurance, visa costs, accommodation for a 6-week stay in Antwerp, etc. For eligibility criteria and application procedure, kindly go to the application page.
