Members of the group organize or assist in a number of courses, mostly for the Computer Science students. At the Bachelor level these courses deal mostly with programming. At the Master level they deal mostly with distributed systems and distributed computing. The overview page lists all of them and includes links to the course descriptions maintained by the University.
The members of the group supervise a number Bachelor and Master theses every year. A list on theses and the research topics covered by our group can also be found here. It will probably give you a fair idea of the kind of topics that we feel comfortable supervising.
Our approach to theses is open-ended: we try to bring students as close to research activities as possible. In that vein, we welcome students that propose their own topic, provided of course that it falls within our area of expertise. If need be, the student can select one of the subjects that we have proposed.
