Whenever possible, the Ruusbroec Institute Library will lend items for exhibitions of a scholarly or cultural nature. Institutions seeking to borrow materials should send a written request at least two months before the start of the exhibition.
The request should contain the following information:
• Name and address of your institution
• Title and exhibition dates
• A detailed description of the requested material (with object numbers)
• Contact name, telephone number and email address
Once we have consented to your request, a loan agreement will be sent with all the terms and conditions.
