After the accomplishment of her Phd in September 2016, Nele Cannaerts is now a teacher at the University of Antwerp, Belgium, where she teaches ‘Management and Organization’ for Masters at the faculty of FBD, minor ‘Management and entrepreneurship’. She is also a researcher at Antwerp Management School, Belgium. It is from her background as a (labour) sociologist that topics such as ambidexterity, leadership, organizational design, teams and teamwork find a place in her research. Furthermore, she is interested in the public sector and public cultural organizations in particular as well as in developing new skills in all kinds of quantitative, qualitative as well as mixed method research methodologies.
