Wout Dillen is a doctoral student, affiliated to the Centre for Manuscript Genetics. He is currently working as an editor on the Malone meurt / Malone Dies module of the Samuel Beckett Digital Manuscript Project. This module will serve as part of a case study for his dissertation on the impact of the digital medium on the field of Textual Criticism in general, and on the Genetic Orientation in particular. His work is part of the 'Creative Undoing and Textual Scholarship (CUTS)' project, funded by the European Research Council and supervised by Dirk Van Hulle. For this project he is also building an online Lexicon of Scholarly Editing. Since 2014, he is also a board member and the webmaster of the European Society for Textual Scholarship.
