Federal Student Aid (FSA) is an office of the U.S. Department of Education facilitating financial aid from the federal government to help U.S. students pay for education expenses at an eligible college or career school. FSA has a list of international schools participating in the Federal Student Loan programs. Since April 2020, the University of Antwerp is on this list of international schools for ‘Deferment Only’. This means that U.S. students with an existing FSA student loan can defer repayments of this loan while they are studying at UAntwerp.
