What is it?
An in-depth look at the mechanisms, the beliefs and emotions that play a role in procrastinating behavior. In addition to developing valuable insight into your own experience with procrastination, you’ll get the opportunity to learn practical skills, such as setting yourself goals that motivate, managing your time efficiently, etc. Implement your new skills and report back with your findings and experiences at next week’s session. These workshops follow the structure of our workbook ‘Morgen begin ik eraan!’ (only available in Dutch.) This workshop is taught in Dutch.
