Facilities at the university
As a participant, you will be formally enrolled in the programme as a student of the University of Antwerp and will hence receive a digital student account which gives you access to some of the facilities of University of Antwerp. Furthermore, accepted participants will be automatically insured under the policy of the University of Antwerp.
For this edition in South Africa, all participants will be hosted by GIBS Business School. The campus includes a hotel, modern facilities, two restaurants, an information centre, digitally driven, well equipped classrooms, spaces for group work and collaboration and a sin-filled inner courtyard for gathering. Lunch, coffee and tea are included in the course fee.

The Gautrain travels from Johannesburg airport to the Sandton station which is closest to GIBS and where you are likely to stay. It is a fast, effective and safe means of travel.
Taking an Uber is a safe means of transport using the Uber app.
Taxis are few and not used frequently. However, your hotel can help you with these.
Where to stay
GIBS has an on campus hotel and will block 20 rooms for our participants. The prices vary from R1120 - R1570 depending on the selected board (instructions on how to book this option will be sent after reception of the payment of the tuition fee).
