Accommodation

Accommodation is not included with the registration.

We have limited rooms available at our  Campus Groenenborger - building TPC (205 € for the Summer School PARACAT: bed linen and final cleaning included). If you are interested (mandatory for the ESRs), please indicate your interest in the registration form.

If you are not interested in the rooms at our Campus Groenenborger, you can also book accomodation through your regular channels.

Alternatively, you can use the Antwerp Convention Bureau (ACB) as follows:

Go to the online booking tool

First enter the discount code UAACB19 and click on ‘Validate’

Then enter the arrival and departure dates and click on ‘Search’

You’ll see an overview of all available hotels and their Best Available Rate -10%,  at that moment, including any cancellation conditions

Choose a hotel and book your room. Make sure to select a hotel that is close to the workshop venue, as not all hotels on offer are.
