Op vrijdag 4 oktober opent Prof. Justin Greenwood (Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, Schotland) het nieuwe seizoen van de PSW Lectures. 

Over de spreker

Professor Justin Greenwood is Professor of European Public Policy, and is a visiting Professor at the College of Europe.

Professor Greenwood is a member of the Governance & Society and Business & Enterprise research theme groups within the Institute for Management Governance and Soctiety (IMAGES) Research Institute. His research specialism is EU interest representation, on which he has led twelve book projects including 'Inside the EU Business Associations' (Palgrave, 2002), and 'Interest Representation in the EU' (Palgrave Macmillan, 2011) - the third (2011) edition of 'Interest Representation in the EU'. 

Professor Greenwood has been the Research co-ordinator for Politics and International Studies since 1997. During this time Robert Gordon University was the top performing 'new' UK university in the Politics and International Studies field (2008 Research Assessment Exercise) in the proportion of research rated as 'internationally excellent' - one of the strongest results in Scotland.

Over de lezing

Prof. Greenwood will focus on the issue of group politics, transparancy, and regulation of lobbying in his lecture "Participation, Representation, and Interest Intermediation in the EU today".
