Ana Isabel Lopes is a PhD Researcher is a doctoral student at the Marketing Department, Faculty of Business and Economics, since 2018. Her research focuses on how online reviews are processed and how they influence consumer behavior.

Previously she worked as a researcher at igMIP project, a partnership between the University of Minho (Portugal) and Bosch Car Multimedia (2016-2017).  Ana has a Bachelor and Master's in Communication Sciences, specialization in Advertising and Public Relations; was head of international marketing and communication in an industrial company (2015-2016), account manager at a communication agency (2013-2015) and researcher at the University of Minho (2012- 2013).
