It was a great honour to be able to give the closing remarks on the Center for Proteomics Research Day. It was a fantastically enlightening day comprising many interesting and diverse talks focusing upon the synergies between imaging and proteomic analytics.

Our laboratory is a key member of the high-end mass spectrometry community within the VIB and UA. We are always open to productive collaborations concerning pharmacotherapeutic discovery and development.

When you're 1.89m you always end up at the back in group photographs ! Thankfully Bob (Prof. Lefkowitz) and Brian (Prof. Kobilka) are in the same size category. It would suffice to say that this event was pretty close to a career high.
