About the seminar
Professor Janet Polasky (University of New Hampshire) joins the History Department as visiting fellow from April to July 2016, on invitation of Greet De Block. At the Centre for Urban History and Power in History-Centre for Political History prof. Polasky will begin the research for her sixth monograph, Cosmopolitans between Nations. It is projected to be a study of the refugees from revolutions spawned at the center of Europe who sought shelter in the shadows of a changing continent in the half century after the American Revolution.

On Tuesday 14/6 (Annexe, 12h30-14h) we will discuss her new project in a Lunch Seminar. Both members of the Centre for Urban History as the Centre for Political History are encouraged to attend this seminar.
