The Global Change Ecology Centre (GCE) and the Chair Integrated Water Management of the Institute of Environment and Sustainable Development invite you to a mini-seminar on integrated solutions for water sustainability, on the occasion of the PhD defense of Lalika Makarius.

Maciej Zalewski (Professor of Lodz University and Director of European Regional Centre for Ecohydrology of the Polish Academy of Sciences) and Johan Bastiaensen (Institute of Development Policy and Management, University of Antwerp) will talk on the potential synergies between circular economy and nature based solutions and the implications and potential of “Payment for Ecosystem Services” arrangements.
