About the lecture

Leonard Cohen is unique among all popular artists for the profoundness of his literary work, and unique among all poets and writers for the vastness of his music and his heart-warming international performances. Leonard published two novels, eleven books of poetry, he released fourteen studio albums, created over 900 works of fine art, and hundreds of concerts reviewed as the ‘single best concert’ of any popular performer, particularly during his world tours from 2008 to 2013. Leonard composed over 165 songs with more than 3,500 cover versions of those songs and a hundred tribute albums, including one of the greatest songs of all time, Hallelujah.
