Book launch in Delhi

The new Localizing Human Rights book on the urban poor in Delhi was launched at the National Law University Delhi and handed over to Prime Minister Modi by rector Herman Van Goethem.
The right to water and sanitation for the urban poor in Delhi report was released in an event co-hosted by National Foundation India, University of Antwerp and National Law University, Delhi. It was attended by representations from civil society organisations as well as the government. The audience engaged extensively with the report.
Rector Van Goethem was able to speak to Prime Minister Modi about the research findings at the occasion of the Belgian royal visit to India, and handed him a copy of the report.
