Beyond a fourth moment in law and development

At a conference on law and development, Vandenhole argued that law and development scholarship that focuses on global justice should not pursue a new consensus. Rather, it should value the heterodoxy of the field.

The conference was held in Berlin, and co-hosted by the Law and Development Institute, Humboldt University Faculty of Law, and Walter de Gruyter GmbH. It marked the tenth anniversary of the Law and Development Review. A blog post on the subject can be found here. A conference draft is available as well.
