A new book series has been launched with Edward Elgar publishers, entitled Law, Development and Global Justice.

The series aims to publish the best scholarship in the area, with a strong emphasis on writing from and about the global south.

Our commitment to scholarship is matched by a commitment to access. With Elgar we have placed the series with the GOALi and EIFL systems which will ensure widespread access at an affordable cost to volumes in the series in all regions.

Editors are John Harrington from Cardiff Law School, Celine Tan from Warwick University and Wouter Vandenhole who leads the Law and Development Research group at the University of Antwerp.

The series builds on the Law and Development Network which was founded by Abo, Antwerp, Austral, Humboldt, Cardiff, ISS, Leiden, Tilburg and Warwick.
