3. Course contents *

This course deals with the complete scale of activities that span a typical software projecr, such as planning, communication, quality control, evolution and maintenance. Concretely this implies

  • software life-cycle (Requirements, Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing, Maintenance)
  • quality control (code reviews, ISO 9000, CMM, metrics)
  • project management (PERT, Gantt, cost-estimation)
  • ethics

This course is officially taught in Dutch, but we offer the following facilities for English speaking students: (a) all written course material is available in English; (b) it is possible to do the exam at the end of the course in English.
