3. Course contents *

Anatomy of the vertebral column

* Function and structure of the facet joints * Function and structure of the intervertebral disc * Function and structure of the ligamentory and muscular system * Analysis and 3D topological organisation of the spine: anterior compartment, superficial muscles, short, medium and long autochtonous muscles of the back. * Biomechanical aspects of the spine * Clinical aspects related to the structure of the vertebrae

 

Neuro-anatomy

Part 1: microscopical anatomy of the nervous sysem; Part 2: anatomy of the central nervous system; Part 3: systemic anatomy; Part 4: anatomy of the peripheral nervous system

 

Angiology and  en splanchnology

Head and neck, airways, disgetive tract, urogenital tract,endocrine system and cardiovascular system. The vessels are discuused in relation to the muscles. Some histological information is added whenever needed.
