1. Prerequisites *
At the start of this course the student should have acquired the following competences:

Basic knowledge of anatomy, physiology, cytology and histology, medical chemistry and biochemistry
3. Course contents *
Physiology and physiopathology of blood forming and haemostasis, elements of blood transfusion and a few selected symptoms (especially not-virulent) like anaemia, blood anaemia, thrombocytopenia, neuropenia, aplastic anaemia, haemophilia, trombocytopathy and the disease of von Willebrand.
