3. Course contents *

1. Conservation Sciences: lectures
Through lectures the student gets an introduction in the principles  of the chemical and biological degradation processes if art objects.

2. Scientific research - Practical chemistry

During the practicals, the student learns basic practices and chemical principles regarding degradation processes.

3. Scientific research - microscopy examinations
During the seminars the student learns about sample preparation and optical microscopy

4. Scientific research - Practical microscopy
During the practicals the student learns basic actions and the use of different microscopes.
