3. Course contents *

The complete Biochemistry trajectory, i.e. the combination of Biochemistry of Domestic Animals I and II, consists of three distinct learning stages:

  1. A comprehensive overview of biomolecules
  2. A detailed description of all major biochemical pathways
  3. Integration of these pathways and discussion of tissue-specific biochemical properties, leading to an understanding of energy metabolism, and application of these concepts in concrete scenarios.
