3. Course contents *

Tectonics as science of architectonic design in relation to construction and technique. Tectonics in relation to environment, building physics, technique, economics, comfort and aesthetics. Typing construction for housing: walls, floor constructions, foundations and roofs in each case with historical context, properties and applicability. Conventions of detail drawing. Synthesis in which all construction components are brought together in a realistic design for execution. . Construction 1 (1st bachelor) aims structural and solid work and is continued by Construction 2 (2nd bachelor) that deals with finish work.
