The student chooses an internship company from a list offered by the program OR proposes a company himself. The latter must be approved by the course instructor as an internship company.
The student performs tasks at the company under the guidance of the mentor. These tasks are part of the training of a future industrial engineer in construction.
The student draws up an internship report that is presented to the mentor and the supervisor.
The student discusses 3 different topics and incorporates these into 3 reports. These reports are assessed by the external pormotor (mentor) in consultation with the internal promoter and quoted on the basis of an evaluation table.
Every two weeks, the mentor gives the student an evaluation, using an evaluation form.
The internal promoter visits the internship/the internship company in principle twice: at the beginning of the internship and at the end. Measures because of Covid-19: these visits can be replaced by online meetings.
